The Building

One building. Two ways to stay.

Most people passing through San Carlos City have two choices: an overpriced hotel or a boarding house that wasn’t built for them. Ziegfrix House was built to be the third option — a well-designed, well-run residence that works whether you are here for one night or one school year.

Located in Poblacion, steps from Palaris College, Saint Charles Academy, city hall, and the regional hospital — Ziegfrix House sits at the center of everything that brings people to San Carlos City. Students get a proper home base. Travellers, backpackers, and visitors get a clean, affordable room with a café downstairs and a central address that makes the city walkable.

Same building. Same standards. Two kinds of guests who both deserve better than what’s currently available.

Three Floors, Three Purposes

A building that earns its keep — every floor, every day.

Ground Floor · Ziegy’s Café

The heart of the building and the first thing every guest sees. Good coffee, hot food, comfortable seating — open to residents, students, and the public from morning until evening. Whether you’re a boarder grabbing breakfast before class or a traveller checking in after a long trip, the café is where Ziegfrix House begins.

Second Floor · Transient Rooms

Clean, comfortable rooms for nightly and short-stay guests. Listed on Airbnb and Booking.com — designed for travellers, backpackers, government visitors, and anyone who needs a proper place to rest for a night or two. Private, secure, and priced fairly for what they are.

Third Floor · Co-living Rooms

Monthly boarding for students and long-term residents. A quiet, stable floor designed around the rhythm of student life — study, rest, and routine. Safe, well-maintained, and managed by a caretaker who keeps things running. The room your parents will feel good about dropping you off at.

“A clean room, a good café, and a building that works for whoever needs it. That is what Ziegfrix House is built to be.”

— PINTES, the developer

Who Stays Here

Built for more people than you might think.

Students & boarders Monthly co-living on the quiet third floor. Study-friendly, secure, managed. Steps from Palaris College and Saint Charles Academy.
Travellers & backpackers Nightly rooms with café access. Central Poblacion address. No frills you don’t need, nothing missing that you do.
Government & business visitors San Carlos City is a regional center. People come here for court hearings, LGU transactions, hospital visits, and business. They need a decent room for a night or two. Ziegfrix has it.
Families visiting students Parents dropping off or checking in on their children can stay in the building itself. No need to find a separate hotel across the city.

Brand Story

Built with intention. Run with care.

Ziegfrix House is a PINTES development — part of a growing portfolio of mixed-use communities designed for the way Filipino families and communities actually live. Every detail, from the floor layout to the café menu, was shaped by one question: what do the people coming to this city actually need?

Students need stability and quiet. Travellers need convenience and value. Everyone needs a place that feels looked after. Ziegfrix House was designed to deliver all three — in one building, on one of San Carlos City’s most central addresses.
