Alaminos City, Pangasinan
Where community, celebrations, and memories meet.
The Pocal Point is a PINTES development — part of a growing portfolio of mixed-use communities built for the way Filipino families actually live: together, generously, and close to what matters.
The Pocal Point is a first-of-its-kind community destination in Alaminos City — a purpose-built Event Hall, vibrant Food Strip, and Coffee Shop Support Area designed to serve the growing communities of Pocalpocal, Pandayan, and Tanaytay.
The Event Hall
A premium venue built for life’s best moments.
Spanning 565 sqm, The Pocal Point Event Hall is designed for weddings, debuts, corporate events, exhibitions, and conventions — with a grand main stage, full reception area, and dining space.
The Food Strip
Weekdays: parking. Weekends: a night market alive with light.
10–12 modular kiosks, string lights, shared seating, and a social stage — The Food Strip transforms from event parking into a vibrant weekend destination serving the whole community.
The Brand Story
Rooted in community. Built with purpose.
The name Pocal is derived from Pocalpocal, the barangay in Alaminos City where our story begins — humble, familiar, and deeply rooted in community life. From this origin, The Pocal Point takes its identity: shaped by place, defined by people, and anchored in shared history.
It also carries a deeper meaning of unity — bringing together three neighboring barangays that form the name of Popantay Elementary School.
Together, they become Popantay — a symbol of connection, growth, and belonging. More than a name, it is a meaning. From this shared foundation, the vision of The Pocal Point was created.
“The Pocal Point is where everything comes together.”
