Our Story
A dream built across oceans.
Pintes began with a dream familiar to countless Filipinos — the dream of those who spend years working far from home, in cities and countries across the world, holding onto a single hope: to one day return to their families and live in a community they can be proud to call home.
It’s a homecoming dream shared by overseas workers, by professionals serving abroad, by the parents missing milestones and the sons and daughters working hard to give their families a better life. Yet for too many, that homecoming means returning to neighborhoods that don’t quite match the life they’ve worked so hard to build.
Pintes was created to change that. To build the kind of communities those Filipino dreams deserve — where homes, businesses, and public life come together, where families are welcomed, and where every detail is considered with the care of a family putting its own name on the door.
The Pintes name comes from our family. We’re not a household name, and we don’t pretend to be. But like the great Japanese family companies that pass their values down through generations, we believe a name carries meaning — and we are building Pintes to carry ours.
